The Cambro Camshelving® Ultimate 20-pan end-load half-size bun / sheet pan Z-Rack is an elite foodservice solution designed to outperform traditional metal speed racks. It is built with 3 reinforced solid post connector frames, composite L-rails, and durable Cambro-made casters, ensuring long-lasting performance. The rack is resistant to rust and corrosion throughout. Its composite construction features a smooth surface that is easy to clean, quickly wiped down or pressure washed, making it ideal for demanding kitchen environments. Furthermore, the heat-resistant composite rails can accommodate hot pans up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, allowing you to transfer items straight from the oven. This half-size, end-loading rack transitions smoothly between the kitchen, freezer, cooler, and off-premises locations.

To maximize storage capacity and efficiency in busy foodservice operations, this rack features shelves spaced at 1 1/2" increments.
