This Cal-Mil CD252 10" Cold Concept platter liner is the perfect addition to your Cal-Mil Cold Concept plate stand. The liner holds two ice packs (sold separately) to keep food fresh and chilled, and its elegant but modern shape will look attractive on any table. This formed, hard plastic liner matches the brilliant white appearance of the porcelain platters (sold separately) used with Cold Concept risers, but is much lighter in weight, making it easier to transport around your restaurant or from event to event. It can easily be cleaned with warm soapy water.
