These Pliers require some strength to tighten. We use it for our 20lb Ice Bags; however, I prefer using zip ties or tapes as opposed to C-Ring for our 8lb bags.

The instructions that came with the staplers are subpar. The stapler itself worked properly less than 5 times. Since then it doesn’t slide staples forward and into the jaws. I wouldn’t purchase this product again.
