I needed to replace a plastic unit we had been using, and this has a half gallon more capacity and looks so much nicer. It has a slightly smaller footprint and I was worried about the metal giving the tea a funny taste but so far I have had no complaints. Also, we go through the tea pretty quickly (we brew new tea almost daily) so maybe if it sat in there longer it would affect the taste but we have no issues. The stainless looks so sleek on our countertop, and it is nicer than the customers seeing the tea-stained plastic container. The decal that is included is bright and eye-catching to let customers know that there is brewed iced tea inside. While the unit is tall, the lower half is empty space. This allows space for taller pitchers or tall glasses to fit under the spigot pretty well. I also love that the top cover is heavy plastic, it is not flimsy like our last dispenser. Very happy with this purchase.

We ordered two of these because one of our previous Bunn dispenser's had be having issues with the handle popping off. We did not have the Bunn lift handled dispenser's. After replacing one, we automatically replaced the other so that we have both the new one's out...they are amazing! We've had no issues and can happily make yummy tea for our customers without things popping off ;)
