This tea brewer is so economical. We have saved money by using this small compact brewer. Clean up is a breeze. The tea tastes so much better than it was using our old brewer.

Verified Purchase
Ordered for use in a coffee truck. After install, setup, and tweeks to programing we brewed tea. First the boiler spilled over into the funnel prior to starting the cycle. Second the steam factor was incredible. Tried adjusting the thermostat without any effect to the steam or spilling over into the funnel. All this took place after plugging the unit into power. The brew cycle worked fine and the tea was up to standard, but there seemed to be no way to stop the water boiling over into the funnel and the steam from constantly flowing even with the power switch turned off. The only way to stop those two issues was to unplug the unit, which is rather inconvenient but doable. However, after approximately two weeks of operation the brew volume changed and had to re-adjust the programming. Then it just quite altogether. Now back to supplying tea for the truck out of the coffee shop from our Fetco. Won't be purchasing another Bunn and I'd advise anyone to not purchase this unit.

This brewer is so functional and with its smaller size, its easier to handle moving the airpots around. I also found we had alot less waste on less busy days given we have a small bakery and a deli, we use this whenever we need a smaller brew or when we attend events and have limited space. Its really nice to have a brewer that is a little more portable.
