Equipped with Sensaire technology, this control rapidly detects and responds to increases in humidity up to 4 times faster than other humidity sensors. This unit features an RH% humidistat mode for precise sensitivity adjustment from 20%-80% relative humidity. It also has a duty-cycle mode so you can set the fan to operate for a pre-set number of minutes every hour. Additionally, the auto-sense mode automatically activates the fan when the control senses an increase in humidity. These easy-to-program settings offer simple operation and optimal versatility to help you meet specific code requirements.

This control installs easily with a 3-wire installation and requires no special tools or connections. It fits in a single gang box and requires a neutral wire to operate. Its white color will blend seamlessly with your existing switch and faceplate (sold separately). This control comes complete with manual on / off operation, an LED indicator, and an adjustable automatic shutoff timer and requires a 120V connection to operate.
