Typically served in orders of 3, beignets are light, fluffy fritters that are topped with powdered sugar. These beignets are individually hand-stretched to offer a homemade look and taste. Each 1 oz. beignet provides just the right amount of sweetness for a satisfying treat that's sure to leave your guests wanting more!

These beignets are made from a simple, fresh dough that is mixed, hand-stretched, and deep fried, then frozen to preserve the "just-made" taste without requiring any skilled prep work. To serve, take the desired number of beignets and arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet. If cooking from frozen, thaw at room temperature for a few minutes. Heat the beignets on the center oven rack at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 2 1/2-3 1/2 minutes or until browned. Once the beignets are heated through, remove them from the oven and arrange on a serving platter, brush with butter, and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Alternately, you can heat these beignets in a deep fryer set at 370 degrees Fahrenheit for 40-50 seconds. No matter how you heat and serve your beignets, they are best if served warm and fresh! Top each individual beignet with powdered sugar or sprinkle the entire batch before placing on a serving platter.
