Very yummy indeed....................I do not have a dedicated deep fryer so I used a stainless steel stock pot with a heavy bottom. I filled the pot with 1 inch of canola oil. I monitored temp with an infrared thermometer. I am from MN and these curds remind me of the curds we ate when we crossed the border into WI. There is nothing to dislike about this product (but this,----maybe add a little more dry ice when shipping).
