The Bonar Plastics PB03 3.5 cu. ft. Polar dry ice box combines superior engineering with smart design features, letting you ship temperature-sensitive products with confidence while also improving efficiency and workflow at the same time! The shell of this bin uses a durable resin that is engineered specifically for ultra-cold temperatures as low as -117 degrees Fahrenheit, and it complies with FDA and Health Canada regulations, too. Each bin is also filled with 2 lb. of PUR polyurethane foam, which provides maximum temperature retention with an R-value of 7 per inch. This makes it suitable for the safe storage and delivery of products that need to be held at very low temperatures for quality control, like dry ice, laboratory samples, vaccines, and pharmaceutical products. But, that same rigorous engineering also makes it a perfect fit for applications like food service, grocery wholesale, and frozen dairy distribution, too.

This shipping bin is designed to improve workplace efficiency, too, with a stackable design that lets it nest with other bins of the same size for a tighter, more stable shipping cube. You can also stack PB01 bins on top of the PB03, and stack the PB03 on PB07 bins to accommodate different packaging needs. Integrated handles in the sides also make moving it around easy. Other smart features like smooth, radiused corners, an integrated lid gasket, and a drainless design make cleaning easy, reduce the number of parts, and improve performance and sanitation. The lid design makes loading and unloading the bin easy, since you can fully remove it for total access.
