I received this by mistake when trying to order the unbleached version of Bob's Red Mill flour-- so I do not want to be unfair. But I did use it for my everyday baking and I used all of it over time. It did not give good results for me, but being called " artisan" , I am sure it was not designed for my purpose. Biscuits and other breads did not rise as well nor even have the same color or taste as unbleached all purpose flour. It was acceptable though, and I am sure it would do well if used for the purposes for which it was intended.

The flour was exactly what I expected and the flavor was great I made bread and family absolutely loved it.
