I use Bob's Red Mill for various products I produce, and the potato flakes and potato flour are great additives for bread; the fact that the only ingredient is potato is really great because I am trying to produce products with as little additives as possible. Additionally, I've looked for similar products through other sources, and I can't really find any good options, so I'll be buying this from Webstaurant from now on
