I ordered six boxes of Mavalerio sprinkles, but after six weeks, every single one was unbearably crunchy and completely unusable. I believe they were spoiled from day one, though I didn't open them until I needed them. When I contacted support, they dismissed my concerns—claiming, “sprinkles are supposed to be crunchy and gross, and it's normal for customers to complain their ice cream cones taste horrible.” That response was shocking. If you're serious about your business, do not buy their sprinkles. With over 30 years in the ice cream industry, I’ve never encountered anything like this. Sprinkles should have a long shelf life, so this is especially alarming—and frankly, makes you wonder what they're putting in the packaging.

These colored sprinkles are great for desserts. They hold well with dipped chocolate and for ice cream toppings. They come in a large quantity and a great bang for your buck! Great texture and packaging.
When we opened this product, there was a huge block of hard sprinkles. We wiggled it around to loosen everything up, and then found a gooey blob of them all together. The package came from the delivery truck to an air conditioned office, so it should not have been impacted by heat. It's disheartening that this product cannot be returned.

I used this to decorate the milkshakes, sides of cakes. I was making mini Black Forest cakes and needed a lot of sprinkles for milkshake toppings.They taste great.
