Designed with an 18 gauge powder coated steel construction, the hose reel is built for long-term use. The solid brass fittings are corrosion-resistant, providing enhanced durability to your unit. For additional durability, this item includes an adjustable hose stopper and 4 non-snag rollers that reduce abrasion. This air hose is 30% lighter than standard rubber air hoses, making it easy to carry and maneuver. Extend the life of the springs and reduce vibration while allowing for quiet operation in your facility with the help of the specialized internal system.

Featuring a dual arm, this unit provides stability on fixed and moving surfaces such as trailers and production lines. This air hose boasts a temperature range of -50 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, and it can withstand extreme weather conditions. The reel comes with a 12-point ratchet system, making it possible to lock out the hose at short lengths. The 4 finger grip bend restrictor allows users to control the hose more easily. This air hose has a 4:1 safety burst factor, and it is rated for 300 PSI working pressure. The included 3' lead-in hose has a 1/2" male NPT outlet and a 1/2" male NPT reel inlet. Plus, it comes with two 1/2" male NPT fittings and a 3/8" NPT reducer for easy installation, and it has an RMA class A oil-resistant rating. Mount this air hose reel on the wall, ceiling, or floor and in trucks or trailers.
