Designed with an 18 gauge professional grade steel construction with a corrosion-resistant powder coated finish, the hose reel is built for long-term use. The solid brass fittings are more durable than aircraft aluminum fittings, providing enhanced durability to your unit. For additional durability, this item includes a heavy-duty spring that is vibration-resistant and four rollers that lessen hose wear. Extend the life of the springs and reduce vibration while allowing for quiet operation in your facility with the help of the specialized internal system. This air hose is 40% lighter than standard rubber air hoses, making it easy to carry and maneuver.

Featuring a dual arm, this unit provides stability on fixed and moving surfaces such as trailers and production lines. The hose reel is auto-retractable to allow for quick and efficient unwinding of the hose. The hose is reinforced with a high-strength polyester woven braid, and it is ozone-, abrasion-, and kink-resistant. Boasting a temperature range of -50 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, this air hose can withstand extreme weather conditions for year-round use. The reel comes with a 12-point ratchet system, making it possible to lock out the hose at short distances. The 4 finger grip bend restrictor allows users to control the hose more easily. This air hose has a 4:1 safety factor, and it is rated for 300 PSI working pressure. The included 3' lead-in hose has a 1/2" male NPT outlet and a 1/2" male NPT reel inlet reducer. Plus, it comes with two 1/2" male NPT fittings and 3/8" NPT reducers for easy installation. Mount this air hose reel on the wall, ceiling, or floor and in rigs or trailers.
