Whether you're cleaning a healthcare facility, airport, or retail establishment, this unit has the power to get the job done with a powerful 1 1/2 hp DC rectified motor drawing on 13-15 amps operating at speeds of either 175 or 300 RPM. This machine offers quiet operation, perfect for use in hospitals and other facilities where noise should be kept to a minimum. The BGTS-17 is ideal for scrubbing, spray buffing, shampooing, and bonnet cleaning.

This sleek unit features an all-metal chassis made of polished aluminum, the weight of which increases the applied force to get the job done quicker. With the finesse and comfort provided by the ergonomic adjustable handle, smooth operation during demanding applications ensured by the heavy-duty gears, and simple transport facilitated by large 6" non-marking rear wheels, this unit provides the ease-of-use necessary for operators to clean large areas with minimal fatigue. To ensure user safety, the triggers are designed to be non-conductive to eliminate the potential hazard of electric shock.

As an additional safety precaution, a safety interlock switch prevents accidental machine operation that could result in injury and allows both hands to remain in control of the machine should it need to be immediately powered off. For protection of all furniture and fixtures, a non-marking wrap-around bumper prevents any damage if the machine bumps into surrounding objects. The machine is equipped with a 50' long 14/3 gauge safety power cable which gives plenty of length to work from the power outlet. With its triple-planetary high-torque transmission, the machine provides the required power for even the dirtiest of floors. The DC rectified motor of this FMU Series burnishing machine is designed to eliminate the potential for brown-outs in addition to low-voltage and torque problems on startup. A pad driver is required for operation and sold separately.
