First off, I hardly ever leave reviews but Bissell has left me no choice. This item does not work as intended. I cleaned my couch and the couch is still wet hours later. I spent over a hour trying to suck up as mush water as possible but it still wet. When finished I checked to see how much water was in both tanks and I lost over half which is still in my couch. I poured what was in the dirty tank into the clean tank (see below). I even put a thread of fabric on the couch which it wouldn’t even suck up. I’m not sure if I received a defective product but I’m thinking I didn’t. There’s a reason for the cheap price. I don’t understand putting this on the market. Horrible experience and a complete waste of my time.
