There is absolutely nothing wrong with this product, it arrived fresh and in good condition. But I had never tried mascarpone and was mistaken and disappointed that it was not a good substitute for sour cream or cream cheese. If you like mascarpone and know how to use it, dont be afraid to buy it-- just be warned there is a lot of it for home use!
