This vault offers impressive fire resistance for up to 1 hour in a maximum temperature of 1,200 degrees Fahrenheit! DOJ-approved for the storage of firearms, it features a padded interior with (1) removable 45-position rife rack, 4 removable shelves, and 13 durable pouches secured to the interior of the door for additional storage. Eight of the pouches are specifically designed to hold handguns. This safe offers optimal security for use in law enforcement and correctional facilities.

The safe has a solid steel construction with 6 pry-resistant, solid steel deadbolts integrated into the door, eliminating the possibility of forced entry. A digital numeric keypad provides the primary method of access to the safe. Designed for quick entry, it provides simple access without any delay. The safe beeps when entering your unique PIN code, while an optional programmable silent mode offers discreet use of the safe, if desired.

In the event of battery failure after years of reliable use, a manual key lock hidden beneath the keypad module provides secondary access to the safe. Two uniquely designed backup keys are included. The digital components of the safe are operated by (1) 9V battery (included). Additionally, mounting holes are pre-drilled into the bottom of the unit for secure anchoring to the floor, and all hardware required for installation is included.
