This motorized, retractable awning has a motor on the left side, making it easy to operate with the included remote control. It easily retracts and expands using the multi-chambered, stainless steel, and dual-cabled lateral projection arms. It comes with a durable aluminum protective hood that covers the top and sides of the awning when fully retracted. This awning also comes with a removable 10' valance for additional curb appeal.
