VERY GOOD FLOUR. I have purchased this occident flour in 50#bags from a store nearby for years to make all types bread, rolls, cookies, cakes etc. Never have been disappointed in flavor or quality. I recently started a sourdough starter using this flour, a small amount whole wheat flour and water. Wow! So active and such beautiful texture/flavor.

The Ardent Mills Occident bakers short patent flour is amazing and has a great price. The flour is excellent for any of our pastries and excellent for making donuts.
