APW Wyott 56299-36UL Details

Keep your most popular foods hot and ready to serve at your buffet or self-serve area with the APW Wyott BM-80D UL-208-HP bottom mount 12" x 20" high performance hot food well! This hot food well features a high-performance, quick-recovery design to ensure your food stays at food safe temperatures throughout the day.

The well conveniently holds one full size food pan at a time, while its deep drawn stainless steel construction ensures long-lasting durability. For fast and easy adjustments, this food well comes with separate thermostatic controls that can be mounted up to 26" away from the well. A pilot light indicates when the unit is active and hot, while a 1/2" NPT drain siphons away runoff, grease, and other fluids during use. The insulated body helps prevent heat loss, and thanks to its easy-access frame, you can quickly perform maintenance on the heating elements as needed. It requires a 208V electrical connection.
