This diaphragm is made of heavy-duty butyl, and it also helps separate the system water from the tank's air charge. This tank has an outer shell made of durable steel with a urethane topcoat for additional strength. It has an antimicrobial polypropylene liner to keep the interior of the tank clean and protected.
