American Metalcraft TRVR5 5" Round Heat-Resistant Black Silicone Trivet

This silicone trivet works really well to keep counters protected from hot pots and skillets. The 5 inch size is best for smaller pots, but I've set pots on it that were twice the width and it still provided enough of a barrier to keep the table protected. It's nice that it is flexible as you can also use it to grab hot pots.

This trivet is perfect for those giant sized hot dishes. Its big enough that even a sheet pan would not hit your surface if this was placed appropriately underneath.

These trivets have been a great purchase for use tableside. So happy with them! May even purchase some for use at home! Texas BBQ for the win.

These work amazing and are excellent quality! We use them several times a week at our summer camp and hey are still holding up great after a full summer of use. We previously used cloth ones that needed washed regularly and ended up wearing out and falling apart after a couple summers. These ones can easily be rinsed and sanitized in the sink and I don't foresee them falling apart any time soon.

We bought this to go under cast iron skillets for mini frittatas. The guests love this rustic, personalized serving format, but we have to be careful not to damage the surface of our wood tables. This does the trick, and insulated sleeves for the handles (also available from webstaurant), allows for an attractive (and safe) presentaiton.

These trivets are perfect for serving and handling hot items. They are thick but still flexible enough to hold in your hand and grab something hot.

smaller trivet good for small sauce pan or a barrier for small bain maries. its does its job , but it slides more than I like. Can be run through the dish machine for cleanup.

These are great! Super useful, and looks classy. The size is great for small items, as well as larger ones. We offer a hot skillet dish to our patrons and these are perfect.

These are ugly, but they sure do work! We regularly take our cast iron pans from the oven to the table with one of these trivets underneath. They are completely invisible when covered by a pan and are low profile and completely non skid. They provide table top protection as well as a safety factor.

This is a very heavy duty, high quality trivet. I feel confident in its ability to protect the surface under it from any hot pot or pan I place on top.

Used the round trivets for a personal get away. I spend time away in the middle of nowhere at my vacation property and make it my goal to cook all my meals on the grill be it direct or via cast iron. The trivets are great for safe movement of the cast iron or for table side service. Can't wait to expand the use back in civilization.

These trivets are heavier and far more durable than I had expected. I would highly recommend them for their sleek design. I use them for sauce pans and even for cast iron skillets.

Purchased these for Tappas Night to serve small hot items. They hold up well and secure the hot dish nicely. Very nice addition and I'm very pleased with function.

this trivet works great for when you dont have a lot of space and need to place a pan or pot on surface that can't take high heat it's small enough to be inconspicuous but large enough to hold a standard size pot without issue

A must have for every kitchen. It is incredibly useful. I use mine every day. It is worth having a few for every day use.

Love the American Metalcraft 5" trivet. Recently got granite countertop and love not having to worry about setting something hot or cold on my new surface..

They are Incredibly nessecery with any cast iron pans. Keeps them securely in place and keeps them from heat damaging melamine and ceramic plates and platters.

Nothing but praises for this rivet. Used it several times by placing a very hot cast iron pan on it. Can withstand very high heat and still looks like new.
