Fairly well made pan, but thin. We use these for PAN PIZZAS on Valentine's Day. They work well for basic pizzas, but need to be handled with care because the thickness of the metal. Good for once a year. Pizza fits into a 16" box. Cost is a bit expensive, but not horribly priced. We have never tested on baking cakes.

Frequently Asked Questions From Customers
How are dimensions classified for this pan?
The dimensions provided refer to the size of the food product, such as a pie or pizza. The pan itself is slightly wider because of the thickness of the metal around the edges.
How can I properly care for this aluminum item?
Hand washing is always the best option to ensure that your aluminum stays in best working order. However, if you decide to clean these in a dishwasher, we strongly recommend using metal-safe detergents and sanitizers to eliminate any flaking or tarnishing that could occur from some harsher cleaners.
