Worked waaaay better than we thought. This was great for our macarons. The texture is soft but still firm which makes the piping a lot easier and keeps it from getting messy. Very happy with this purchase, the macarons came out delicious and became a favorite for many people

The best Almond Paste, and It's a large Can! Last week I made Almond Cream Brioche Buns, they were delicious. There are so many recipes that go with almonds, and the paste. I would purchase this again, really has great flavor. I hope this review helps someone.
