This powerful warming and holding unit can accommodate four 12" x 20" food pans full of pasta, meat, or other delicious foods in each well. Additionally, each well features an integrated thermostatic control to offer users the ability to make precise temperature adjustments in order to ensure each well's internal temperature is perfectly customized for the food it holds. These components are recessed to help prevent clogging from spilled food. Fiberglass insulation between each well also features outstanding heat retention, providing reliable use over extended meal periods.
This table is designed for years of heavy-duty use thanks to its all stainless steel construction. It boasts a 20 gauge type 302 series stainless steel top with die-stamped openings, a 22 gauge type 430 series stainless steel body and galvanized steel undershelf, 16 gauge type 302 series stainless steel cutting board brackets, 20 gauge stainless steel deep drawn liners with a built-in drain, and galvanized steel legs with fully adjustable non-marking plastic tip bullet feet. The durable undershelf is easy to assemble and adjust as needed. It's great for storing extra serving utensils, food pans, lids, and more to keep all of the tools you need close at hand. The non-marking plastic bullet feet ensure that your floors are protected, while the white thermoplastic full length cutting board gives you a little extra work space for changing out food pans or filling plates. For convenient cleaning, this cutting board is also removable, and it is supported by a full length shelf, ensuring excellent stability. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection. It keeps on burning my temperature sensor, already replaced 4 times and they are not cheap to buy

When our old steam table went out we have course went to our favorite restaurant website we replaced it with this for well steam table it has worked great other than one of the wells going out in which we were able to buy the replacement pieces on your website it has worked perfectly for us and keeps our food at the right temperature.
We originally purchased this steam table to keep some of our toppings warm throughout the shift, but when our bun toaster couldn't keep up, we started using one of the wells without water on 5 to toast 10 buns at a time in under 2 minutes. Highly recommend!
I appreciate the low profile of this steam table unit as we have tight space and don't have room for the tray. The low temp setting is still pretty high. We have been using one of the bays as a steamer, and what that unveiled is that there is no seal between the bay and the top piece, so the condensation escapes into the body, then drips all over the floor. I have called the company directly about this problem, and it went no where after spending a lot of time sending them pictures, and explaining the problem. I just didn't have enough time in the day to keep following up with no responses. So, we had to take it apart and silicone it ourselves in our "free time" in the middle of the night because we are open 7 days a week. This improved in greatly, but puddles of Read More

This steam well does its job. The water drains through 3 separate pipes below. Easy to clean. Keeps our food warm throughout service without hassle. Shipped in a large box, easy to assemble. We added casters and the overshelf to ours. Fits in our kitchen nicely!
If I could give this 10 stars, I would! It keeps the food warm and I can control the temperatures. The added shelf at the bottom is a bonus!
