I ordered this faucet instead of the identical Regency brand faucet that I have because the Regency brand hot water side was junk from the get go. I had to constantly play with it until it stopped working. This faucet was installed a little less than 2 weeks ago and already the hot water doesn't work. The spec sheet of this faucet says it's made of chrome plated brass but it's the same cheap plastic that the Regency faucet is made of. It's obvious to me that this is the same faucet as the Regency although it was shipped directly by Advance Tabco. Customer service does have a replacement on it's way and I was told there were no replacement parts available. Pretty crappy

We had problems replacing parts of off brand faucets for a couple years. We just got this faucet and its been great so far. Quality product that will last with all the heavy use!
