The Advance Tabco FDR-1212 12" x 12" floor drain is a versatile draining option that will help you maintain safe and sanitary floor conditions! This floor drain can be installed beneath sinks and steam equipment in your restaurant's kitchen for convenient end-of-day draining, or used at any other operation that requires draining of excessive amounts of water.
The Advance Tabco FDR-1212 floor drain has a creased design which ensures proper draining into a 3" long plumbing sleeve that accommodates waste pipes up to 4" in diameter. With a perimeter flange that mounts directly to sub-floors and a 3/4" vertical step that permits tile installation, the Advance Tabco FDR-1212 12" x 12" floor drain can be quickly and easily installed.
