The Advance Tabco FDR-1212 12" x 12" floor drain is a versatile draining option that will help you maintain safe and sanitary floor conditions! The Advance Tabco FDR-1212 floor drain has a creased design which ensures proper draining into a 3" long plumbing sleeve that accommodates waste pipes up to 4" in diameter. With a perimeter flange that mounts directly to sub-floors and a 3/4" vertical step that permits tile installation, the Advance Tabco FDR-1212 12" x 12" floor drain can be quickly and easily installed.
