Keep all your signature menu items piping hot and ready to serve with this Advance Tabco B3-240-B-S-SB enclosed base hot food table! Great for banquet halls, cafeterias, and buffets, this holding table accommodates three full size food pans full of pasta, vegetables, fried snacks, and other delectable food. A double sided sneeze guard allows your product to be accessed from either side of the table to boost serving efficiency while helping to protect the food from harmful airborne bacteria.
This unit is designed for years of long lasting use thanks to a 20 gauge, type 304 stainless steel top with die stamped pan openings, 20 gauge aluminum wells with exposed elements, and rugged stainless steel liners. The body is also made of 20 gauge stainless steel and boasts a subtle matte black vinyl finish for added visual appeal! Infinite control knobs provide you with precise, independent temperature control over each of the wells, and they're recessed for protection against accidental adjustments as well as food drips and spills. A 208/240V electrical connection is required for operation.

What's the difference between open well and sealed well steam tables?
Sealed well tables do not need spillage pans; water is added directly to the well, and is emptied through a drain after service. However, sealed well tables should not be used for dry heat holding.
