This Advance SC450 floor scrubber effectively cleans floors in both small and large spaces such as hospitals, manufacturing facilities, and schools. It offers a maximum run time of over 2 hours, and it has a 20" scrub path with a cleaning rate of up to 15,748 sq. ft. per hour. To effectively remove dirt and grime, it boasts a powerful 330W vacuum motor that operates at a rate of 1,200 MPA and a 480W brush motor with a 154 RPM brush speed. The solution tank has a 10.5 gallon capacity and the recovery tank has an 11.9 gallon capacity to require less dumping and refills. It is easy to use with a safety on / off switch on the handle, and it has a 2-button control panel to switch been scrub and vacuum functions. A pad-assist design helps reduce manual labor by helping pull the machine across the floor during use, while the edge guide makes for easy wall cleaning.

Designed for a easy operation, a high level of productivity, and low maintenance, this unit is ideal for daily floor cleaning applications. The Solution Control feature calibrates the solution flow to prevent excess use of water and detergent, allowing you to meet green cleaning requirements. This model emits only 68 decibels to perform daytime cleaning or for use in noise-sensitive spaces. The adjustable machine deck allows you to increase down pressure for heavy-duty scrubbing. This unit comes with a bristle splash skirt to prevent unwanted splashing, helping to protect nearby furniture, fixtures, and electrical cables. The included 30" wide center-pivot squeegee provides 100% water pickup on turns, and it can be easily removed or rotated without tools.

This floor scrubber offers easy, comfortable maneuverability thanks to the non-marking rear wheels and the wrap-around ergonomic handle. It also easily tips back for easy transport between locations. For safe operation, the vacuum motor features overflow protection and both the brushes and water will turn off when the machine is in neutral. Easy maintenance is achieved by providing you with open access to all critical machine components. Plus, the recovery tank can be easily lifted for inspection and cleaning. For superior convenience, the included (2) 12V, 105 Ah wet batteries can be charged by the onboard charger without having to return to a charging station.
