This Advance Adfinity X24D EcoFlex floor scrubber effectively cleans floors in large spaces such as hospitals, schools, and warehouses. It offers a continuous run time of over 1.5 hours, and it operates at a cleaning rate of 31,680 sq. ft. per hour. It has a powerful 330W vacuum motor and a 350W scrub motor with a 230 RPM scrub head speed. The (2) 12" pad holders accommodate a variety of brushes (sold separately) to perform different tasks. Both the solution tank and recovery tank have a 14.5 gallon capacity to clean large areas with less dumping and refills. The 200W traction drive system allows for forward and reverse movement and offers variable speed operation at up to 3.5 MPH. This floor scrubber features simple One-Touch operation for easy use, and it has an ergonomic, safe paddle design for operator comfort.

For additional convenience, this floor scrubber emits only 65.8 decibels for daytime cleaning environments. It features an EcoFlex onboard detergent dispensing system to lower your environmental impact. This system dispenses detergent at the manufacturer's recommended dilution ratio to eliminate guesswork and premixing of chemicals. This design saves time and prevents you from wasting water and detergent. It also has a Smart Solutions flow rate feature to increase productivity while saving on water and costly chemicals.
