I prefer this over the regular yellow mustard. It has a nice case flavor little bit a snap to it. Customer seem to enjoy it. Looks like we're getting close to have to buy another and I know where to go get it

The mustard is a good mustard, yet it did not meet my expectations on being a Dijon mustard. Of course, I knew it wasn't going to be like the commercial brand, yet I thought it would have had that type of taste. There was more of a dry mustard taste rather than a vibrant taste on the palate.
