Add French-style Dijon mustard in place of yellow mustard, and spice up any signature sandwich or dish with gourmet flavor! This Dijon mustard from Admiration features a rich, golden brown color and includes tart vinegar, zesty mustard seed, and a blend of exotic spices and herbs.
Way back in the mid-1800s, a man from the Dijon region of France played around with the traditional mustard recipe and substituted the juice of grapes for vinegar. Dijon mustard has been popular ever since, and Admiration has been perfecting their recipe since 1945. Now, this type of mustard is continuing to gain popularity in many dishes! Offering its own distinctive taste with a lively kick, it's commonly served with prepared meats, but it also works well as a sandwich spread or as a dip for soft cheeses.
Looking to kick up the flavor in your dishes? Though Dijon mustard is many times associated with gourmet dishes, its creamy consistency and cool, crisp taste is sure to an extra burst of rich flavor to any salad or sandwich-without the extra cost. These one gallon containers from Admiration come at a great value! Smooth in texture and taste, and low in fat, carbohydrates, and cholesterol, this yellow mustard is the perfect condiment of choice for even your most health-conscious patrons.

People Talk About:mustard Dijon great taste salads expectations dry dip course commercial
The mustard is a good mustard, yet it did not meet my expectations on being a Dijon mustard. Of course, I knew it wasn't going to be like the commercial brand, yet I thought it would have had that type of taste. There was more of a dry mustard taste rather than a vibrant taste on the palate.

Dijon mustard is my favorite, so I know this is a great product. Adds a great flavor to macaroni salads, coleslaw or even potato salad. Great product.
