To use these scrambled eggs, fill a large stock pot 3/4 full with water and heat to a simmer. Immerse 1-3 bags in the water and adjust heat to a simmer, ensuring that the water doesn't boil during the cooking process. Stir the water and the bags occasionally, approximately every 5 minutes, cooking for 30-45 minutes if cooking from thawed or 50-80 minutes if cooking from frozen. After cooking, remove the bag from the water and vigorously break up the cooked mass. Be sure to heat the eggs until they reach an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit for proper food safety.
