Letters are fine, they are good quality and do their job fine. For the price and amount of letters you are actually getting, its absolutely ridiculous. Each box contains only 2 characters for some letters (for example there are only 2 C's in each box) We are creating a simple coffee menu and so far have had to purchase 3 boxes. We now need additional boxes to complete the menu. In order to finish it we would need 3 more boxes. Instead we are only purchasing one and having someone shave down the G's and Q's to create 4 more letter C's. The only reason we are purchasing one more box is because we need only ONE more letter T and cannot create that out of other letters. Great for my specials board, easy to use letters and numbers durable. You might want to buy an extra pack of letters and numbers if you use it a lot

I continue a like / hate relationship with these. The concept of their menu board is good and I really like the appearance. The letters are just too expensive. This menu plus letters is akin to a printer and ink setup except that the menu board is not inexpensive. When you buy the menu board, you must purchase MANY sets of letters. You will run out of a few letters and need to buy full new sets. This is the PERFECT product to become obsolete by using 3D printers at home. I hope it happens.

I do not have anything the say against these letters. When they are on the board, they are bright and good looking. Helvetica style font is always a good and easy to read font.

Helvetica is the best font in the world, and as such, it makes the best menus. These letters were inexpensive, and of the expected quality.

Great price. But they do not all line up evenly on the same board. Some pieces are higher than others, but not too noticeable. I would not buy them again.

Exactly as advertised. Wound up being too big, looking strange on our menu so we couldn't use them. But they are the exact height listed. Just seemed too wide for what we needed them for.
