i'm not a wine drinker but i found this salted marsala very useful in adding a distinct readily identifiable flavor note when you want it.....no messing around, there is a distinct marsala flavor and i appreciate that.....i'm not aware if its 'good' or 'drinkable quality' marsala but its certainly good enough for my cooking....i always add it fairly early and cook off the alcohol and lost of the liquid

It was bitter an had a somewhat chemical undertone. I could never get it to blend seamlessly into my dishes. I wish I could find a better quality option.

Where have you been all my life? Here I was spending a fortune on actual Marsala drinking wine to prepare my chicken Marsala, thinking it was the only way to go. Boy, was I wrong. Not only does this taste just as good, the dish is actually improved because I don't find myself skimping on the wine to save money. Excellent value and flavor.

I ordered a case of the Jolina Marsala cooking wine for home use. I love the buttery delicate flavor. It is by far one of the best Marsala cooking wine I’ve ever used. You can’t beat the value either. I highly recommend this product.

I use this in my signature "wedding dish" which is a pasta with a grilled vodka rustica sauce and it's amazing. I was a little worried to order such a large quantity of it, but I love the quality as well as the versatility to use it in other dishes! Would definitely recommend this product!

The Marsala cooking wine is great. The wine is great for making our Marsala sauce and is great over fried veal. The wine is well packaged and has a great shelf life.

We bought this Marsala wine for marinating our turkeys in since you can get a gallon so cheaply. Worked out wonderfully as part of the brine. Note that this has salt in it so I would not recommend using it in cocktails as it will give them an off taste. But as a flavor burst and adding a little caramel color to gravies it works nicely.

Great quality Marsala wine, Strong flavor but not overpowering. I Used it to saute mushrooms and make chicken Marsala and it worked perfect at a great price point.

My husband wanted this to make an extremely amount of his salad dressing, he puts them in the plastic wide mouth bottles that comes with lids and they are easy to store in our fridge, he marks them so everyone knows what dressings are in those bottles.Making homemade is much better as in store bought bottles it is truly hard to understand the ingredients in the bottles. This way you know what is in it and is fresh.The price of 1 gallon bottle unbelievable ...

This Marsala Cooking Wine has more salt than the Marsala I had been using before, but the value is much better with this case, and salt content may be modified elsewhere in the cooking process.

This stuff is amazing. I use it in many things such as Chicken Marsala, marinades, vinaigrettes, sauces, even oriental dipping sauce for steamed dumplings. That recipe usually calls for Mirin, which is a beast to find in bulk. No worries, I tried this wine and it tasted perfect! Thanks Webstaurant!
