I purchased these decanters to replace my glass decanters. We tried plastic but they stained so badly we were continually cleaning them. These work great, with only one caveat: the lids are not attached very well. Seeing this in advance, I simply removed the lids from the beginning. We brew our coffee and then place it directly into airpots so a lack of a lid is no issue for use. We have had these for around 4-5 months and they are holding up great. I am confident they will last a long time.

we went to this 2 qt stainless steel coffee pot to get away from the old glass pots. what a great buy, low price and shipped fast.

great product
I don't know if we were doing something wrong, but the decanter would flavor the coffee with an unbearable metallic taste. We tried washing and rewashing to no avail.

The actual decanter itself is great and very clean looking since its stainless. The lid, however, isn't attached very well. It fell off after minimum use.
