This compact yet powerful unit features a high-static blower that can move hot or cool air up to 75'. Since this unit can be placed outside the cooling or heating zone with (2) 25' x 12" ducts (sold separately) running into the target area, it's great for difficult or hard-to-reach spaces such as sealed interior rooms, promoting optimal jobsite flexibility. For added versatility, it's suitable for indoor and outdoor use. This unit offers 60,000 BTU of cooling capacity and 41,600 BTU of heating capacity thanks to the 12kW heat strips. It also has an efficient speed of 3,500 CFM.

This unit can operate in temperatures ranging from 30 to 110 degrees Fahrenheit. It includes a high-pressure pump that delivers 20' of head pressure to effectively remove condensate. This unit utilizes variable speed drive technology, giving the condenser motor low ambient control in below-freezing conditions. It's easy to operate thanks to a multi-function digital control with a large, easy-to-read LCD screen. It features a compact design that can fit through a standard 36" doorway. With forklift skid access and (4) 6" locking swivel casters, this unit ensures convenient portability even in tight spaces. It boasts a fully insulated, 16 gauge galvanized steel cabinet with a protective epoxy finish for durability, efficiency, and quiet operation. The motor and compressor have overload protection for safe use, and the compressor also includes automatic restart and short cycle protection. Plus, this unit has a high-pressure safety switch with manual reset and a low-pressure safety switch with automatic reset. This unit comes fully equipped with a thermostatic expansion valve, Shraeder service ports, automatic freeze protection, condensate overflow protection, rifle tube coils for efficient heat transfer, a phase monitor to protect electrical components, and a filter dryer for added moisture protection. This machine requires a 208/230V, 1 phase connection for operation.
