5 lb. Yellow Cake Mix - 6/Case

This cake mix is pretty good. It's a little on the dry side unless you add other ingredients to moisten it. I would recommend for large quantity.

Mix was a little flat. I had to add eggs to get desired constancy of sponge layer. Mix was priced right just not the quality I desired.

The texture and flavor of this mix were poor in my opinion. I first used it per package instructions with nothing really added, then adding egg and oil, and still the cake came out flat and flavorless.

I like the way this cake taste, I just wish they would give directions on how to make cakes without having to use the entire bag. The bag only gives directions for using the entire bag, so I almost guess at what I'm doing...still do fine though.

This is a decent yellow cake mix. Nice base which can bake a good cake with a few additions. Reliable baking and nice size bag of mix to work with.

I have to be honest that I am not really thrilled with the taste of this cake. To me it has a strong buttery flavor, yet some may love it. I also am not thrilled with the bright yellow color. I prefer a more dulled yellow tone. Other than those points it is a very convenient mix.
