    I use this xanthan gum when making gluten-free tortillas. It works as a great stabilizer for baking almond flour tortillas as well as other baked goods.
    We use this product to thicken smoothies and our house made frappe base. Be careful, a little goes a long way. We use 1/4 teaspoon per 2 liters of frappe base. We'll probably end up throwing away most of this when it expires and will likely look into a smaller quantity. Removed 1 star because would like to see better packaging.

    product quality was excellent. The only concern is the lack of labeling on the packaging. Shipping box was the only location on which the product was labeled and this was covered by the postage labeling. The inner packaging (plastic) bag, had no labeling. This is a potential issue for safety and cross-contamination; attaching a product label to the inner packaging would be a very valuable improvement in assuring product identification and proper history, amount, dating and source.
