5 lb. Premium Biscuit Mix

When we bought the Premium Biscuit Mix, our intention wasn't to make just biscuits with it. We prepared the mix as recommended and put the paste in baking cups then we pressed down meat balls into the paste, making sure the meat ball was fully covered by the mix and then baked as required. What came out was a fantastic "meat pie". Because our patrons love this, we intend experimenting with fish and chicken. We shall reorder as soon as we exhaust our supply

I was a little wary of this because most boxed mixes are inferior to scratch recipes, but this turned out pretty good considering what it is. it's much better than brands like bisquick and if you follow the included directions, it works out great

Yield is higher that I expected for the product. Biscuits taste great immediately upon serving, but do not keep as well if leftovers are frozen and reheated 1-3 days later. Otherwise, good product.
