When will my refrigerated or frozen food product be shipped?
In order to control the amount of time in transit for these perishable items, they are only shipped on select days of the week based on which shipping method you choose and the transit time to your location.

Ground: Orders ship Monday through Wednesday.
Second Day: Orders ship Monday through Wednesday.
Next Day: Orders ship Monday through Thursday.

Orders placed after the cutoff will ship the following Monday. If transit time allows for timely delivery to your location our warehouse may choose to ship some orders outside of these defined windows.

Orders placed on or just prior to a holiday could experience a slight delay in shipping.

Frozen and refrigerated items cannot ship in a quantity that requires Common Carrier shipping, as well as cannot be shipped outside of the United States.

    These are Colony Lane's budget brand of fries. Not sure why their name was removed from the item listing on here, but that is who makes them. Webstaurant used to sell more of their products in the past, it seems. There is no batter/coating on these fries of any kind. They are as plain as you can get. They are actually closer to 7/16". I find them most similar to the fries at Papa Gino's before they changed brands a couple years back. Other than there, I've had them at numerous burger and wiener trucks. Not many big-box chains use them. I cook these fries at 375°F for 6 minutes in 1 lb. batches. Bare minimum of 4 minutes required for small batches. They are definitely on the softer side, and come out very fluffy and a light yellow color, pretty much the same color they go in. They will not turn the typical golden yellow that most fries do, so don't aim for that, or you'll burn them. Don't worry, they will hold their shape if held out from your hand. They absorb vinegar very well when dunked. My preferred vinegar for these fries is red wine vinegar. (I also use Balsamic and malt, depending on the brand of fry). Salt and pepper -- go with medium salt but coarse black pepper. I don't do ketchup, so you're on your own for that one. Read Less Read More
    These fries are a nice size, cook well and taste good. Customers love them and they are a big hit compared to our old more thin fries.
