These fries are a nice size, cook well and taste good. Customers love them and they are a big hit compared to our old more thin fries.

These fries are a good value however the quality did not live up to my standards. When deep frying you can get them somewhat crispy on the outside but the inside doesn’t reach the consistency that I like. Also they lose that yellowing color because of the time it takes for them to become crispy.
