When you place one of these boxes near the check-out counter of your restaurant or hotel, guests can drop off a suggestion card to leave any feedback. Simply supply your customers with a comment card at their tables or in their rooms, and ask them to leave their comments. This method can be more effective than virtual surveys that patrons will often delete before completing.
Choose between a wall-mount comment card box or a countertop box depending on the space you have available. A restaurant suggestion box on your countertop will be more obvious to customers checking out at your front desk or cash register.
