These boards are not coated or grease proof. I was very disappointed and embarrassed as I used these for wedding cakes this past weekend and the grease was all over the board. All others I have ordered from you in the past have been grease proof. I will not be ordering these again from your company. Very disappointed.

Doublewall means that you can really ice your cake without worrying if you're going to have it buckle in the middle. I would not recommend this board for a tres leches cake- too wet.
