Make sure your employees can access tools and other equipment that is stored out of their reach by providing them with a step stool. Not only will a stool make it easier to retrieve items in higher cabinets, it will keep your staff safe, as well. By having a step ladder readily available, workers won’t have to use unstable or unsafe chairs that can cause them to fall or twist an ankle.
