This 10-in pie crust shield does a great job of allowing the pie to continue baking without burning the crust and the edges. My only complaint is that it does not have an ability to adjust the size to fit any pie dish like other pie crust shields. But for the price it can't be beat

There are so many times crust stay darker than the other whole part of baked items. This item is practical and useful to protect darkening of crust. We use it in making pizzas, pies, naan, cookies etc. It works like magic in all. Steel is good wuality.
