    Don't go and buy those department store brands! These are the best springform pans I have ever used. Extremely durable and do not break like others have purchased

    We have had great success for using this to make both cookie cakes and for setting up our frozen cake dishes. Holds up well and very even baking on the bottom which you do tend to have issues with on some other brands.

    A bit bigger than I expected. Very nice looking. I purchased it for cheesecake purposes and having the springform function is critical. If you are using for personal versus commercial, I'd recommend the 8" pan.

    The 10" Heavy Aluminum Springform Cake Pan makes great cheesecake and regular cake and release with ease. They are nice and durable. I will buy a couple more. The price is awesome.

    Wonderful springform pan. We use it for our larger cheesecakes. It holds up nicely when completely filled with liquid. The only complaint I would have is the issue of there being a lip on the bottom that makes getting graham cracker crusts out.

    I have had these for about a year and they are fantastic. I use them a lot and they are like new. I hand wash them and never use a scrubby (you don't need to!). These are a great buy-spend a little extra and skip the flimsy ones!

    I have used many different spring form pans but these are my absolute top choice. Cheesecakes turn out perfect - no cracks, perfectly cooked in the center (which is a frequent problem) and evenly cooked. These pans hold up well to the frequent use I put them through, latch stays tight, bottoms do not warp. No leakage or discoloration! Definitely my permanent pan of choice.

    This is a good springform pan. It could be a little sturdier (although for the price it is sturdy enough), but I like the fact that it doesn't have a ridge/lip where the base meets the sides, like so many other brands do. This was my biggest reason for purchasing this specific pan. There's nothing worse than making a cheesecake in a pan with that ridge - it prevents you from getting nice edges on the bottom of the crust.

    For a class fund raiser we sell cheese cakes. These pans do a good job and stand up to my student use. You do need to wrap in heavy duty foil for a water bath or they will leak.
