1 Gallon Worcestershire Sauce - 4/Case

Used in our marinade, this product is fantastic. It is a little more stout that other sauces and this allows us to use a bit less than normal saving money and time. Also, this sauce doesn't contain anchovies like others do so you get to avoid the fish allergy which is a huge plus for some people

This Worcestershire sauce tastes the same as the more expensive sauces.. The brand name could be generic but what I received was really good.

Castella 1 Gallon Worcestershire Sauce #999SCE231528 This is fantastic to use as part of a base type marinade. I tossed some in with some pork chops in a crockpot with other seasonings and onions on the bottom. Then when it was fully cooked I drained the excess fat and added a little bit of bbq sauce. The meat was thoroughly flavored. I haven’t tried other Worcestershire sauces but this was definitely priced exceptionally for the amount you get. I will definitely repurchase if I ever need more. Make sure you shake it up vigorously each and every time before every use. I feel like it is mixed better that way.

Solid product, I especially appreciate that you can buy it by the individual gallon instead of a whole case. We use it primarily in our main BBQ sauce or when customers ask for a side of worchestshire. We get complimented on our BBQ wings all the time, so I have to thank this product for it!

This is my second purchase of the Castella 1 gallon Worcestershire sauce. The flavor is wonderful. Can use as a marinade by itself or spice it up a bit. Have marinated mostly chicken breasts, usually add a touch of red pepper. If you are looking for Worcestershire sauce,you cannot beat this price for the flavor.

I use a lot of this product in my kitchen. We mix soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce in our hamburger when cooking it and it crumbles must easier

Great sauce just wish it was not made with high fructose corn syrup or I would buy it again! That's why it has 4 stars not 5 you might not mind the high fructose corn syrup but me and my family do!

This a good quality sauce for making large batches of marinades and sauces. I make a lot of jerky and sausage and this is good deal.

Great sauce. I use it as a base for barrel aged sauce. I have a 5 liter barrel that I use to age, 1 gallon of this, 2 cans of anchovies, 18 oz of pineapple juice, 1/4 cup of onion powder, 1/2 cup of minced garlic rinsed, and 1/2 cup of sorghum. Bend the latter and mix with the sauce. It fills a 5 liter barrel to the top. Let age 3 to 4 months. No better sauce for meats.
