Watts 88004110 Details
This Watts 1/2" reduced pressure zone assembly is designed to protect potable water supplies in accordance with national plumbing codes and water authority requirements. It's ideal for a variety of installations, including the prevention of health hazard cross-contaminations in piping systems or for containment at the service line entrance, and it can also be used in irrigation systems, boiler feed, and water lines. It features 1/2" NPT body connections, quarter-turn ball valves, and a tee handle. This assembly can be used with SentryPlus Alert (sold separately) to activate the flood sensor, which detects excessive water discharges from the relief valve.
This unit features two in-line, independent check valves, captured springs for safe maintenance, and replaceable check seats with an intermediate relief valve. Thanks to its compact, modular design, this unit facilitates maintenance and assembly, and no special tools are required for servicing. It also has large body passages for low pressure drop. It's suitable for supply pressure up to 175 PSI with a temperature range of 33 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
